Pls see the attached Info from the Myanmar Embassy in Kuwait,

This is sent by the Ko Myint Maung from Myanmar Embassy in Saudi.

He said that from Kuwait's Myanmar Embassy will issue back the our Old
Passport if we apply the new Passport. So we can hold both of Old
Passport and New Passport.

In Saudi no issue back the Old Passport.
